It is a watercolour based marbling kit like all the other DIY kits listed.
It has everything you need to marble, except a tray and paper.
it comes with:
-6x30 ml marbling paint; Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, Turquoise and Black. Any can be mixed.
-50 grams carrageenan for marbling size
-4 brushes to drop the colours
-10 ml surfactant / marbling medium
- 5 pages of instructions

You can use any shape or material tray or container as your marbling tray, as long as it is not too shallow or deep, so it is not hard to use. And it needs to be waterproof.
